Dear Colleagues,
Every year around World Aids Day, Action for Aids and its allies especially condom manufacturers use the occasion to actively promote the condom. It is important that we know the facts so that we can refute the "safe sex campaigns". Below is a summary of the NIH report on condom effectiveness.
The original report can be accessed at this link http://www.niaid.nih.gov/dmid/stds/ Section D is where the report in question may be found. If you right click on the link and then select "Save Target as..." that will allow you to save the report to your local disk. However, if you have only a 56K connection, be patient... it could take a while. I have not included the full report because it is 1.2MB (49 pages) in size so unless you have broadband connection it will take eternity to download. Don't want to irritate those of you who are not interested.
There are also some other interesting links (Abstinence Clearing House) which you may want to access.
